Quantum Dot Technology
CFDRC ADS provides physics-based 3D simulation and analysis tools for high-fidelity modeling of semiconductor photodetectors, including Quantum-Dot (QD) based Infrared Photodetectors (QDIP), and high efficiency QD solar cells. Advanced photo-absorption models have been integrated with our NanoTCAD software along with a user-friendly interface to enable parametric analysis and optimization in the design process for QD applications.
